Shipping Cost

We ship via UPS by default. You can request that that we use another carrier of your choice by choosing "USER PROVIDED ACCOUNT" in the Shipping Method field of the address screen. You will then be asked to enter shipping service name and your account number in the fields provided. We will then remove freight charge from your invoice and use the account number you provided to ship your package.

Domestic ground shipping is free for orders larger than $500. The shipping cost, if any, gets calculated on the address screen as soon as you complete the shipping address. Default shipping charge for domestic shipping is UPS Ground. UPS International is currently the only option for international shipping. You can change shipping service (UPS next day, UPS second day air, etc…) that you desire on the address screen. Shipping cost gets updated accordingly.

Shipping International Taxes and Tariffs

Our prices are displayed in US dollars and DO NOT include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay brokers fees and all fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. For example, Canadian customers will be assessed up to 20% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and the appropriate HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax), or QST (Quebec Sales Tax), by the carrier when the order arrives.

Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for exact rates and information specific to your situation and location. By submitting your order to us you are acknowledging your awareness of your local taxes and tariffs and your understanding that they may be assessed upon delivery.

Signature Required

Orders $250.00 and over are automatically sent with a signature required confirmation unless noted.

Refused and Undeliverable Addresses

Orders shipped and refused or returned because of an undeliverable address will not qualify for a credit return on shipping charges. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the free shipping offer was used and the package was refused or returned to us because of customer error. If a returned package needs to be reshipped because of incorrect information provided, the customer is responsible for paying the additional fees to reship the package.

Lost and Delayed Packages

Lost packages qualify for a full credit return if the order is shipped with UPS or USPS insured, and must undergo a shipping delivery claim to qualify for a full return of credit. Orders delayed past the selected shipping method estimate may qualify for a full return on shipping fees; however, orders shipped with free shipping does not qualify for a shipping fee credit.
